Refund & Return Policy

Refunds

  • Refunds will not include showroom models, used/installed, modified, special ordered, on sale, custom made, or specially quoted items.
  • Once you’ve taken possession of the product, we are unable to offer refunds or reselections.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your shipment and will respond with an approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Items not returned in original condition or packaging, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to Tubicen or manufacturer error will be subject to a partial refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment

Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This includes original packaging, which must be in perfect condition.
  • To initiate a return, please provide proof of purchase and email us at info@tubicenlighting.com to receive return instructions and approval.
  • Customers have 14 days for refund, after that all sales are final.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, we advise you to first check your bank account again.
  • we advise you to contact your bank as it often requires some processing time before a refund is listed or posted.
  • If you have done the listed options and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@tubicenlighting.com.

Exchanges

  • We only offer exchanges on items that are deemed damaged or defective.
  • If product is damaged, defective or not properly functioning, contact us within five days of delivery or pick up and your item will be repaired or replaced.
  • To initiate an exchange, please provide proof of purchase and email us at info@tubicenlighting.com to receive exchange instructions.

Sale Items

  • All sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Exchanges

  • If a customer wishes to cancel an order that has not been shipped, please contact us at: info@tubicenlighting.com and we will do our best to assist you promptly in a timely matter.
  • Cancelled orders after item has been shipped are subject to 15% restock fee plus shipping costs.
